About jberth
I left Windsor Ontario and my life as a corporate IT Manager to follow my dreams here in Calgary Alberta. My husband had an opportunity to take an early retirement from Windsor and was offered a Deputy Chief position with the Calgary Fire Department. This allowed me to live my dream of living out West and doing a 180 on my career path.
I had been studying Healing Touch, PSYCH-K and various other natural healing modalities since I was cured of Psoriasis about 5 years ago. My husband's work situation allowed me the freedom to take more courses and since moving to Calgary I have become a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and am teaching Teen Life Skills courses through Chinook Learning Services.
Currently I am trying to grow my practice and write a book for teens to guide them through all the choices they will be confronted with as they progress into adulthood.
I have many dreams yet to materialize like organizing and running healing retreats specifically for women, couples, and teens. Right now life is pretty great so I'm focused on enjoying what I have in this moment.
Interests
Healing for people, healing for animals, hiking, climbing, horseback riding, reading self-help books, etc.

Rookie Writer Needs Help Publishing
I have just finished a book for teens which is a self-help type that addresses teen issues and assists them in making good decisions. It is a small book so as not to intimidate the younger reader and is intended to be read as a family. It deals with issues such as self-esteem, smoking, drugs, relationships etc.
My problem is that I am getting information from everyone and nothing is consistant. I don't have a lot of money to throw at this project but it's great information that can change teen's lives and as a result the lives of their families as well.
