Little steps... one in front of the other
How we climb the tall mountains that take us to the peak or our goals is slowly, one step at a time. This week we laid out our website and are working on small edits with the hope of launching it next week. We will launch a commercial site and a consumer site so it is a lot of work to compile all the information.
I've uploaded a short video about my meeting with XX corporation...
She got it! Now we'll have to see what happens as she takes the message and information back.
Cheers

The Pros Showed up!!!
It is interesting how the TV and Internet are converging and none of us know how it will play out over time. After loading my own video journals, the D&P show team contacted me to start filming my journey in a new style of documentary on the internet... so... join me on the journey and feel free to send your thoughts and questions...
Here we go!!!

Friday Update
Today I was looking for some inspiration as I have been starting to wonder whether the world is ready to make the changes we must. We all see it with global warming... we know the change must begin with us but... well, not now, not my inconvenience, what about Joe?, so... nothing changes.
Maybe my dream is too big... Maybe Change is too hard... Maybe I should just be like everyone else and get a job and go along with what is happening versus what I would like to see happen...
So I used the internet and googled - Dare to Dream Big and this is what I found. I hope it helps other dreamers...
Using the video ...
I downloaded a free software called Debut Video Capture Software and using my webcam created an update. I plan to do this every Friday as I work toward achieving my dreams...
I backtracked a bit on this one to tell more about the WaterBar which is now patented so I will be sharing more of my journey with pictures and videos next week
Until then.

Persistence
The roller coaster life of the entrepreneur... With a great feeling of accomplishment and a complete fear of rejection, I sent my package to the president of a LARGE corporation and am waiting for the reaction. Luckily FedEx provides a signature confirming arrival because phoning and trying to connect feels futile miles of voice mail hell. (In several languages!!)
My friends say it is a "no brainer" but we all know the electric car was cut up because it threatened the status quo... It will be interesting to see the reaction.
It takes a village...
In the small Oregon town I lived for 15 years, there were bumper stickers that said...."it takes a village to raise a child". I believe it takes the same kind of energy to bring a dream & vision into reality. Lucky for me I have some incredible people helping me bring my dream into form.
There are too many to mention them all but they have added their experience, contacts and help in the most giving way imaginable. They seem to come from no where and show up just when you need them. They don't seem to mind giving their ideas, their wisdom and their time.
