A little bird...
Thank you to Cathy for the post and story she shared about a little bird who said, “I’m doing what I can, where I am with what I have”. Being reminded that we are all doing what we can with what we have really hit home today.
I haven't posted in a while and I am a little unsure as to what to post as I am not totally sure what is next for me. So for now I am going to listen to the little bird (Thank You Cathy) and I will readjust my sails and wait and see what new adventure lays ahead.
The Journey Of a Dreamer
The journey of the dreamer does not end when they achieve their dream. You see the beauty in a dream is that it transforms and grows along with the dreamer.
When I first joined the dream team I was afraid that I would be locked into one dream and just as I looked for variety in my job I wanted the same variety in my dreams. The box that I had created around me slowly started to fill with millions of ideas. As the box filled I found myself unable to breathe as all of my ideas began to smother me.
Call for positive thoughts for one of our own
Hello All,
One of our very own dreamers Peggy has been in a cycling accident and needs all of your positive thoughts and energy sent her way!
So lets join in and send her a giant hug and positive thoughts her way.
Some ideas might be attaching a positive message here and on your facebook or twitter accounts. Lets get all our friends and family together to send positive thoughts her way!
Thank you!
Rambling Weekend
Hello Fellow Dreamers!
Just quick update, I am still waiting on the big wigs to come back to me on my proposal to help people connect online... While waiting I am continuing to move forward and flush out some other ideas and as I move forward my dreams seem to be transforming into something different than I first thought. So I am just trying to go with the flow and see where all of this will take me.
Over the weekend I was extremely fortunate to be involved in a Rambling Festival out in Dunmore East, Ireland. We had absolutely incredible weather all weekend.
Enjoying the moment
This weekend was full of birthdays, good fun, a little silliness and a lot of laughs. With my head down lately I almost forgot about the all to essential balance between work and play.
Success as you define it
A while a go I started working on a project to help seniors connect online. Recently I have been in contact with one of the Social Media heavy weights and they have asked to see my proposal! This would help bring this initiative to entirely different level. No matter the outcome I will continue on with this initiative as it hits close to home.
I'm here...
I was reading the journals this morning and Cathy's posting really hit home. I haven't been feeling like I have accomplished anything really worth noting here. Although after reviewing some of my older posts and looking at what I put up on my profile I am realizing that maybe I have accomplished something. Had to get past an inner struggle on whether or not my dream is actually a dream in order to write this.
Alice In Wonderland
Last night I had the pleasure of going to see Alice In Wonderland with a friend. What a well crafted film. There was one message though out the film that jumped out at me and seemed to stick.
The impossible...To the Possible...
Think of 5 things you thought impossible through out your life that you have made possible... Here's a little exert from my life.
1. In my darkest days when it seemed there was no way out of a situation I was in, there was only a small bit of light.
Own The Moment
Walking up to the door it looked solid in its wooden finery and brushed nickel hardware. As I took the cool handle in my hand and pushed down I heard the soft click of the mechanism giving way inside. My heart leaped into my throat as I leaned in and opened the door. Crossing that threshold into a new space in my life.
Live!
Wow it is so awesome to be apart of peoples dreams and watch them transform into reality. Truly amazing and awe inspiring.
